"My trip was very, very good. The weather was predictably amazing and the beaches were amazing. Unfortunately, there was no swell until the end of my holiday but it didn't really matter (as I am a terrible surfer anyway). All the locals were friendly and I met some very cool people.
All of your recommendations were great - definitely got around the happy hour circuit and met Bev, Rod and Sheena and I can't thank you enough for them, they were really helpful especially as I travelled by myself. My only regret was not going on the tour of the island but I really wanted to do as few organised activities as possible and just relax.
The transfers were fine - they showed up on time, which is the most important thing. Hotel Sab Sab was ok - good location, very friendly staff but the facilities were not the best (especially when compared with Porto Antigo but that is probably reflected in the price).
But overall, I had an amazing time and have recommended the island to everyone. I might make a return visit next year and take a look at the some of the of the other islands."Anna, March 2010
